Great idea
I bought this for my husband. It's a cracking little tool and can be used often with what he does. He loved it and also loved the fact it can be put on a keyring and carried everywhere without inconvenience

A must have.
This is a must have for all people that need to check spark plug gaps. Much easier to use for spark plugs than selecting the correct feeler gauge, just slide the spark plug around the tool to the desired gap and close the plug gap to suit. Metric on one side and imperial measurement on the other. I have not checked accuracy against a set of feeler gauges but found it perfect for my engines.

Quick and Simple to Use
This is a useful tool - forget feeler gauges, this is easier and quicker to check a gap on a plug. I have feeler gauges but this is better as the feeler gauges are far more delicate and easier to damage or loose some of them in the bottom of a toolbox. This is more robust, easier and quicker to use. It is cheap too. Manufacturing quality is adequate rather than very good hence 4 stars. Recommended.

Does what it says, great to have in the tool box
I got this to check some pre-gapped spark plugs and it worked quite well, very handy to have in the tool box for checking gaps on plugs etc. feels sturdy and well made as expected from Silverline.

Handy to have but
Pretty handy but I always used a feeler gauge with no problems. Only down side is the hole for bending/lifting the plug tab is not thought out and made by people who actually use the tool. I had to file mine to fit the tab in. Now it works perfect.

Does the job and handy to check and adjust spark plug gaps.
Good quality easy to use tool. A staple for any mechanics tool box. Even though alot spark plugs come pregapped it is very good practice to check the gap anyways. This tool is ideal for this task and being able to adjust the gap to the correct specs.
