Excellent prenatal Vits
I have been taking these for the past 3 months and I have an abundance of energy, my skin is glowing and I feel healthy and well. I would say Pregnancy Plan is a better alternative to other prenatal vits I have taken, they may have the same/similar ingredients but for some reason this brand works for me, I did not feel as good when using Pregnacare. It's a lot pricier then other prenatal vits but its worth the extra cost.

Ok, maybe they did, maybe they didn't... who knows? We've been TTC with our surrogate since January - lockdown threw a small spanner in the works for a while, but on our 4th try (and first after starting these vitamins) we got our BFP!! They came highly recommended by a number of surros from our agency who swear by them... could be placebo, could actually be beneficial - I guess we'll never know but wanted to share our experience :)

These are just brilliant, didn't make me feel sick like some prenatals have and they don't turn your urine bright yellow! They are more expensive than other high street brands but I feel they are worth the money. Got my BFP started taking these prior to conception. Highly recommend. Zita West knows her stuff when it comes to fertility.

Good quality vitamins.
These vitamins were recommended to me by a nutritionist while I was undergoing IVF. My IVF worked...not sure how much the vitamins had to do with it!

Used during IVF & Pregnancy
Used these with Zita West's DHA, Vit D Spray and Inositol (for PCOS) during IVF. I really do think they made a difference to my second IVF cycle (which was successful).
