This is for styling for very short woman's hair.** A: Across top of brush is 3.5cm. I have very short hair on sides and top about 2inches max. I finger dry top and use the brush on fringe and neck, occasionally on top too. Brilliant little brush best I’ve bought might buy another in case they stop selling them. I’ve wasted so much money in shops on them so delighted an internet buy was so good. Hope this helps. **Q: Are the bristles quite sharp/hard on the scalp?** A: I'd say the red tips are razor sharp. After one pass I wouldn't let this brush near my hair or beard again and the brush went straight in the bin. Not the usual quality uppercut product, seems to be a rip off overpriced copy..
