This product is great. Do be prepared to increase the ratio of this to sugar in recipes. But it has no fake sweetener flavor and no aspartame.

This is the best sweetener to use to make ice cream. No after taste and it tastes just like real sugar! Recommend this by far!

It feels, tastes, and works just like sugar. I'm on a keto lifestyle and this has been a godsend for me. It's not quite as sweet as sugar, but I typically add about 1/4 tsp of pure stevia powder to a cup of allulose and I can't tell the difference. It reduces down to a syrup, or caramel, just like sugar does. I know can make good quality caramel that no one can tell the difference between it and the full sugar stuff. I reduce it down to a syrup for corn syrup replacement, and then if I want to make keto maple syrup or honey, I just add the extracts to flavor it the way I want. For baking however, I will do 50/50 allulose and erythritol to get the sweetness I want without the crystallization from full erythritol or the burning from full allulose. Also, to make powdered sugar, just add the stevia powder as I said and blend it in your ninja or whatever you have available and it will powder it to where you can't tell the difference between it and the real thing. Loving this stuff!!!

It's a good sugar susbstitute. I will say that I had to add more to match up the taste of regular sugar.

Wow! What an amazing sweetner! No funny before or after taste. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a sweetner with zero calories, zero carbs, gluten free.

I just love this product. I will say for some reason, this last package I received was a bit more like a powder rather than sugar granules. Just a curious observation. I will always use this replacement. It does have a very slight after taste, but for coffee and tea, I learned if I put a few granules of salt in, it kills that aftertaste. I use it to make margaritas also and i rim the glass with salt and you would never know there’s a sugar replacement in that drink. When I cook/bake with it I never notice the difference. It’s not as sweet as sugar so to me the 1-1 ration they say is off. But this really is the best so far. I don’t understand why it’s not easily available in stores? I would recommend anyone who’s trying to banish sugar from their lives, should try this product. Get a smaller bag and see. Life changing. Yep it’s that deep.

Not happy with this product, I researched products to replace Equal sweetner and came upon this being #1 healthiest, do I got it to give it a try. I was not impressed with the 70% as sweet as real sugar. < means I have to use almost twice as much to get the same effect, not good as it will be gone quick. Thought well ok I still have to try. I brewed a cup of coffee, made me a cup, added the sweetner, tasted and ooooooo my where did my sweetner go ? (must have missed my cup) So i added more so I could taste it. OMG not really sweet and burns throat. Nope not for me, Wont be buying again

I have been looking for a natural sweetener that I could use instead of sugar or other questionable artificial sweeteners. I came across several great YouTube videos touting the benefits of a sweetener called "Allulose". Allulose is a naturally occurring sugar found at low levels in figs, raisins, wheat, maple syrup and molasses. So I purchased this product to see how I liked it. I decided to try it on tea — which has a rather butter taste in my case. I took a 16 ounce bottle of unsweetened tea and started adding 1 teaspoon of Allulose at time to see what difference it made. At 4 teaspoons, the formerly bitter tea tasted sweet and very palatable. Watch the available videos and see the amazing benefits that this sugar has. Amazing!
