You can't beat this balm, it give me instant relief

The 2 different tiger Balms work wonderfully well. My husband had a very bad cold. I used the white tiger balm on myself, just a little bit on the end of my nose and a little rubbed on the throat and I breathed in the vapours each day. I didn’t catch his cold. Can also be used on young children in this way when they get the sniffles.

Good products. The red one smells very spicy and heats up the skin. You don’t need a lot. I only use the red one while am at home as it’s so strong of a smell. I carry the white one in my bag as it has a lighter smell and does the job. Wish the smell of the balm was different then i would rate it higher

Really is good for muscle pain and is totally natural

A classic balm with each product catering for different needs. They each have a very distinct scent which is very pleasant. The white is menthol like and the red one is more like cinnamon. Simple to use, just rub onto the affected area.

Not overly impressed with the muscle rub, the other jar was good for clearing your airway.

I ordered 2 of these sets one for my household and one for my mother in law who suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis. For a wide range of uses we absolutely love this product and my mother in law is already placing an order for the larger sized red. We've found uses for the red for bites and stings, muscle aches and pains. And for the white we have used it for headaches and sinus pain, all helped tremendously and with added busuns if such an amazing aroma too. I have psoriatic arthritis and have been using the red on my feet on those days when I am stiff and aching, the warm feeling from the balm helps the pain improve greatly enabling me to relax and sleep after being on my feet. I would recommend this for those who work on their feet regardless of any health conditions, it soothes the pain away and leaves a warm sensation to help you relax. Definitely both the white and red are a big success.
