High Quality Works Excellently
Excellent quality Vitamin D3 helped clear up my deficiency. My level was 7. It takes time and perseverance to get D3 numbers up.I used to take 2x the dose for a year until my levels were finally back in the higher range. I'm maintaining now, 1 pill a day. It helps with energy, clarity and over all well being. If I forget to take it, I can tell. Take it and build up your levels for about a year if deficient. It does not contain soy and that makes a difference!

This is the Vit D to buy! It is absorbed and works!
I love that Amazon is carrying Puritan's Pride products! Found them in the 80's and have used them ever since. My yearly bloodwork has improved, and we believe it is due to getting enough vitamins and minerals through Puritan products. Easy to take. I had bloodwork to measure my Vit D level when taking a good name brand sold at Costco. It didn't even register the vitamin in my system. When I switched to Puritan's Pride, my measurable Vit D in my blood is perfect. Living in Alaska, that's IMPORTANT! Well worth the money.

Definitely getting your money worth.
Vitamin D is important for my health since I started lacking it in my early 20s. Over the years,I kept have to increase the mg and it was hard to find anything high than 5,000 IU. When I don't get to my usual store to get my vitamins, I come here because I can always find what I need. Puritans Pride is a brand I've been using for years and I trust. The 2 pack is also a plus since I don't have to worry about running out. Also, I can always get my 10,000 IU which is Great for me. The price for the 2pack is perfect and they arrived fast. The size of them are the size of a dime and they don't have any stickiness to them.
