Would this be good for taekwondo style kicking? i need it for mma & self defence class but i also do alot of head kicks.

Yes, this is designed for close contact sports like MMA. So it will work fine in both stand-ups or in the ground. If it was only for stand up we would recommend Aerofit.

Would this be ok to wear for Ju Jitsu?

Yes. Thai cup 2.0 is designed to be comfortable in Grappling and städning sports.

Does anyone know what’s the max waist size you can stretch this too?

I'm a 36 on a bad day 34 on a good. Exceptionally comfortable and could definitely go up a bit more
