I left my bottle out for a few days before refrigerating. Should I throw the bottle out now?

As long as it was kept in a "cool, dry place" and not in extreme heat/cold temperatures the product would still be good. It's recommended to store in the refrigerator to help extend the life.

Even though the tablet can be chewed it is not a really "chewable tablet". This tablet has an enteric coating designed to keep the tablet intact and protect it from oxidizing. Once exposed to the air the contents oxidize and become unstable and start to change composition. If you cut the tablet in half for a small dog the first half should be used immediately and the second half thrown away.
