Can this be used daily? Like forever? I love it, but am not sure if I can slap it on daily.

Hello, It says on the directions for use that you should use it twice a day for four weeks and then daily thereafter. So yes seems you can slap it on daily! It is really good, sorted out my daughters red spots on the back of her arms and my dry skin, It is not a nice smelling product but very effective. I would NOT recommend it for broken skin as it stings.

How long did it take before you saw results please?

I saw noticeable results within a week and was using it every day. I stopped using it when the season changed and my arms were back to being hidden under woolly jumpers, and it didn’t take long to see the results in reverse.

What is the percentage of lactic acid in this?

Hi, I have just looked at my tube of lotion and it doesn't say the percentage of lactic acid, it just says optimum level of lactic acid. Sorry I can't be precise.

This arrived today with no seal on the bottle. A little bit of cream had come out of the tube. Do they all arrive unsealed?

Mine did not! I should eturn it, as it may have been damaged in transit.
