I bought this for my daughter as she has issues with her knees.When they are bad she uses it and the cooling effect seems to give some pain relief. It's very easy to use you just spray on the affected area and it works straight away.This lasts for a few hours and ten if needed she will spray again.This size should last her a while and I have already reccommended it to friends and family.

Works amazingly for when my neck is in pain, feels just like an ice pack. Only complaint is the smell… while it’s not quite on par with deep heat it isn’t far off and they are similar in odor. Wish it was just odourless or something, don’t see the need for fragrances or whatever they add in there. If it doesn’t have any and that’s just the menthol then will happily take back my words as in that case my request would be unfulfillable, just don’t like being able to smell it the entire time it’s on.As for how long it lasts, more or less 2 hours for me. Another thing amazing about the spray is that it doesn’t need rubbing in or anything which saves time washing hands and reduces risk of contamination and yes - spreading the smell further lol

This stuff is great.A friend recommended this to help with my shoulder pain and I was skeptical to say the least but boy was I wrong.I got my shoulder sprayed and you can feel it there within seconds getting proper cold and then the pain started to ease off all the way down to a manageable level.This is by far the best I have tried for how fast it works and it lasts as well.

This is great stuff, even my neighbour thinks it great. Helps relieve aches.Down side is it’s a little expensive for the size of the bottle.
