good product
This treatment was easy to apply and appears to have done the trick as I've lost no more plants to this insect (two applications, one in April, one in early autumn).

Worth a try!
This is the second time I've purchased this item as it is recommended to apply twice a year. I feel like the first application reduced noticeable signs of vine weevils therefore I was willing to continue with a second application later in the year to try to contain the issue. The treatment arrived promptly and with two weeks to go before the expiry. I stored it in the fridge prior to use. The autumn application was much more straightforward as the weather was slightly warmer and also rainy. In the spring I had to wait for temperatures to be consistently above 5 degrees and I also had the water the plants to ensure the soil remiaied moist, as recommended. The product dissolved quickly. I was able to dilute it down easily to the required amount using a measuring jug. I had enough for all my pots and borders (I'd say I have around 80 plant pots and planters of varying sizes). I will continue to purchase this twice a year as it's much cheaper to buy this than replace all my plants if they are destroyed by vine weevils. I feel it's a less harsh treatment than a chemical pesticide so this would be my preferred treatment in future.

Bug control
Seems like a great idea. I don't know, however, if it's worked or not. I'll probably find out in the Spring of 2018.

Effective and safe control of a previously difficult to treat pest.
Extremely effective product, safe and environmentally friendly. An entirely natural solution to a problem which had plagued gardens for many years. Mixed and used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions it works very well and is hazard free. Previous treatments were extraordinarily difficult to use, could damage plant roots and killed indiscriminately, this is a totally natural solution that can only harm Vine Weevil larvae.

Good product, excellent supplier but don't expect a miracle
This is the second year I've used Nemasys and it's really helped. I had a lot of vine weevil problems around certain plants and it has suppressed them. The supplier was really helpful, and when Royal Mail managed to take 4 days to deliver a next-day package, they immediately put another in the post. It's very dry this spring, and so I'm having to water a lot. I watered two evenings before the application and I'll have to continue for at least a couple of weeks, until it rains. I've also bought some 'diatomaceous earth' via Amazon as a Plan B, because that should kill any evil weevils already out and about. The war goes on....

Die Evil weevil.....Die!
I have used the ant nematodes, with superb results, in the past and was therefore confident of another success with these after my Ilex aquifolium JC van Toll trees and laurel hedging were decimated by those blasted vine weevils. I applied it in November and so far, touchwood, the decimation has stopped. The proof of the pudding will be apparent in the Spring and I will update this review on its longterm success. Fingers xed.April 30th 2011- Well, I can honestly say that there has been a reduction in the rate of decimation of aforementioned plants but the problem still remains albeit at a much lower level. Perhaps another treatment may get topside of it, but it isn't cheap. Saying that there doesn't seem to be a 'mass infestation' solution on the market in terms of an 'off the shelf' product. The chemical ones in the garden centres only come in very small packs and are only designed to treat small volumes such as that of a plant pot. The cost of these are also highly prohibitive (more than 3 times the cost of nematodes)in comparison to the size of areas that they will treat, so on balance I think the nematodes are the only way forward for the time being.
