From the manufacturer Pull down mechanism Luxburg unique controlled winding and locking mechanism. Drag the screen to the desired position and keep it held down briefly. For rolling up drag it down slightly, to disengage from the latch and let it slide slowly back into the housing. Wall and Ceiling Mounting Options Robust white octagonal metal housing with metal end caps ensures stability and allow both wall and ceiling instalations. It also has built-in winding and locking mechanism for flexible positioning of the canvas, with approximately 10cm intervals. Matt White Fabric The material consists of 3 layers of PVC total of 0.42mm with luminance factor / gain factor of 1.0 - ideal for Full HD. The matt white surface provides perfect and uniform light diffusion, optimal colour representation and excellent sharpness Review: Value for money. - Buyer beware, this is big. Care is needed not to unduly twist the main body whilst fixing in place. Once mounted on the wall, all seems very solid. The spring mechanism is quite firm and works well. With the screen extended the ratchet system holds the screen firmly in place. The screen itself is very flat, with no ripples or creases . The edges do curl a little, but it is not noticeable and does not detract anything from the viewing experience. As other people have mentioned, there is a strong smell of chemical/plastics, but after just a few days this is beginning to fade. All told this is a well made, good value for money product. Review: Good picture day or night - I am really happy with this screen considering I only paid £55 including next day free delivery. Unfortunately I had to pay an additional £106 to desertcart for fitting, which basically consisted of one man on a ladder screwing two hooks into my ceiling; whilst I held the other end of the screen lol. All-in-all the whole job took around 30 minuets, but I’m glad I paid because I couldn’t have done this by my self. Anyway, as you can see from my photos the picture quality is a really good quality and can be viewed during the day or night. Due to the size of this screen you need quite a powerful projector, especially if you have a small living room like me. Always bear in mind the closer the distance from the screen to the projector the smaller the image will appear, which will then need to be increased through your settings. I use the TOUMEI DLP 1280 x 800 projector. This projector projects up to a 300 inch picture at a very high quality.

bigger screen means even better cinematic experience
This is big compared to many screens - and its well worth it. Actually it cost less than I expected and works better and it excellent quality. I fixed it to ceiling using two bolts in a wooden beam - its heavy and because you are going to pull it down to unroll it needs to be solidly fixed. You can hang it from a wall or a ceiling choosing the correct pair of holes at either end of the roll but the given screws look a bit flimsy for a plaster wall. Or alternatively there are two metal loops for hooks or possibly suspending on a chain if your ceiling is very high. This might be great if you want to move it to a different room - I have plans to invite people over to screen a film in the garden one evening. Hanging the screen under a tree using a convenient level tree branch. Pulling it down is fine too and it seems to lock into position easily in about 10cm increments - so for a movie that is 16:9 I'd pull enough down for that shape and adjust my projector too fit - about 4m away for my one, see below. The best thing about it? To put it away requires a short pull down of 10cm and then it very very slowly and elegantly, rolls completely away. Together with the Optoma HDMI + full 3D projector for about 650 pounds investment. I hope to recover the cost back in about 10 trips to the cinema (no more car fuel, parking fees, popcorn and expensive fizzy drinks for the 5 of us) Plus our family photo collection looks stunning on the big screen - life size photos of the kids on holiday. Yes you could use any white wall in your house, but the reflection from a proper screen is about 30% better than a wall so its worth it if you want bright movies.

Fantastic value for money
Amazing value for money, ours has only been up for a day but I absolutely love it, it was easy to install (no hooks supplied, so we bought a pack from B&Q), can be wall or ceiling mounted, and it looks excellent quality, I was a bit worried as it was so much cheaper than other screens but we tested it yesterday and it looks fantastic. It has a satin-sheen white metal case, so if you're ceiling mounting it as we did it looks pretty unobtrusive. It does smell a bit when the screen is down (kind of like nail polish remover) but I'm sure if it was left down with the windows open for a bit that would clear, and it's not so bad it would bother you. An added bonus is the hilariously badly translated installation instructions, e.g. 'When you close the screen, pull down the screen slowly, self lock equipment will auto-diaplasies. Draught the hand ring, unlash hand after the screen closed ..'. :) What it means is to close you need to pull down the screen slowly, which disengages the locking and it then goes back up. I don't know if it auto-diaplasies, I don't think thats a real word. ;) Well worth the money all round.

I am very pleased I made a good choice
I spent hours trawling through different screens. I am very pleased I made a good choice. Arrived in a very timely fashion and was well packed. When I first pulled it out there were a series of indentations in the screen which would quickly become annoying. The company were very quick to offer a exchange, but asked that I waited a week with it extended, and most of of the indentations have now gone or not noticable. However, I was reassurred that the company were quick to offer exchange and to be honest I couldnt face the hassle of sending it back. The screen is good quality and easy to fix up (or hang) It locks nicely in the place u want it The picture quality is great Very happy..

Excellent Value
This is my first purchase of a projector screen and there seem to be many others available that are considerably more expensive (I don't know why). I didn't want to spend a lot but I didn't want something rubbish either. Came well packaged and took me about 30mins to get it up on the wall (I'm no handyman). Comes with the screws and raw-plugs needed which was nice. The picture is lovely and bright and the screen itself rolls down easily and smoothly and hangs nice and flat. What I particularly liked about this model, is that the case is white, so it didn't stand out too much when stowed away and not in use. Overall I'm very impressed. Only just got it, so I can't yet comment on how it will last in the long term.

Not for UST (ultra short throw projectors)
Well made, sturdy and feels like it'll last a long time. When pulled down though there are slight undulations in the screen. I'm told that these are unnoticeable when using a standard projector. I have an ultra short throw (UST) projector and when there's motion, it looks like the image is moving over a surface similar to the sea. So for UST projectors this is not a good choice. Given 3 stars for picture quality because the image brightness and clarity is very good. Probably a very good purchase for a standard projector.

Really pleased with this
No complaints. It came quicker than expected, I was able to install it by myself (though it would have been a lot easier with two people) and was up and running in an hour. As mentioned by others, the sides do curl in a bit but I am projecting slightly further in than the black border due to my projector's limitations, so I'm not noticing any warping. I should say I'm not a "projector purist" as I've never owned one before, but to me the picture quality looks excellent, even from a budget YABER projector. The mechanism works well, locking in place on the first pull and unlocking on the next, so I don't actually need a catch at the bottom (the screen is resting on the windowsill). It blocks out the light completely, so actually having it on front of the window is perfect and it's the setup I would recommend. Otherwise you would need a separate black out blind for your window, as any light bleeding onto the screen would affect picture quality. And yes it does have a chemical smell but I actually don't mind it, it's a bit like new car smell and it reminds me every time I come into the room that I have my own cinema now. In any case the smell is already fading after just two days.

Ho detto no, niente reso, basta me la risolvo da solo.
