The latter is fat soluble, and generally a bit more inconvenient to take and hard to find something to dissolve it in if using a powder form. The Pure Encapsulation capsules are convenient and reasonably sized, and can be taken with meals or through the day without regard to a strict schedule. This form of C should not be the sole or even main type in your protocol, but it is excellent to give your program balance and increase the overall bioavailability.
