Yeah it will. Only KF are the ones that don’t have Integrated graphics.

Is it gonna fit in strix z-690e motherboard? i don’t see any pins on the cpu.

As long as your motherboard has an LGA 1700 socket you should be fine. LGA stands for land grid array, pins in an LGA socket are on the motherboard and not the CPU. AMD's processors (up until latest gen) are PGA, and feature pins on the CPU not the socket. LGA sockets tend to prevent the issue of pulling the CPU cooler off and the CPU coming up with it, an issue often found with PGA sockets. So yeah, z690 motherboards are fine with this CPU, though you may need to update your BIOS before it works. Hope this helps.

Air cooling should be fine, I personally went for a 360 AIO only for the workload I use it for, Like video editing
