If you need 3 lb weight get these. I use at night for my exercises on my arms. Much better than 5 lb. Start you off if you haven't worked out in a while.

I plan to hold these while playing xbox 360 kinect exercise games. I walked around the house while curling them for a minute, out of curiosity. The design and weight distribution make these fairly comfortable to hold. I do wish there were more options than pink for this weight and price.
