Vitamin C supplement.
These were nice and I seemed to experience fewer days of PMS whilst using them. There is some added vitamin B6 in them, not sure if that is why or if it is just a coincidence. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5, as I don't like all the artificial sweeteners and sugar they put in them. They do taste very sugary!

Great for children over 3 to give them a vitamin C boost. My kids love these, think they would eat them like sweets if allowed! Lots of sugar in them I guess, but I think the good of the vitamin content outweighs any negatives.Good reliable brand, consistent high quality.
