Utopia Bedding Plush Sherpa Blanket Throw Size Forest Green, 50x60 Inch

I felt disheartened to see so many negative reviews on here so just wanted to share my own testimonial to the endurance of this blankie and share why I find it to be beneficial. I’ve had this blanket since 2021 and even with many a washes, it still remains perfectly intact, super cozy, and most importantly, incredibly soft! I would also consider it to be appropriate for all seasons and especially if you keep your home on the cooler side! Regarding texture, even after the numerous washes the fabric has remained silky smooth on the fleece side and soft and plush on the Sherpa side. It feels like a warm embrace against bare skin. The colors are so strikingly beautiful with deep jewel tones, pastels, or muted neutrals to choose from. There are many options available to make any type of statement you’d like, or none at all! In addition to my red one, I’m feeling strongly compelled to purchase that magnificent deep plum. As an aside, I’ve yet to have a problem with colors bleeding. As a reminder, the manufacturer does recommend washing with cold water and tumbling on low. That is what I’ve adhered to and have been successful doing. Lastly, and the most cutest of things that compels me to recommend this, is that my youngest kitty (2.5 yrs) is super drawn to this fabric. For instance, when I had had my comforter in use, he would lay on me still, but that was all. With this blanket, he started kneading again and does it every single time he climbs onto it! It really is persuasive enough to keep this blanket out long term. It just puddles my heart thus I wholeheartedly recommend it. 🥰😻☺️ UPDATE: It is officially August 3rd of 2026 and I just received a brand new blanket, same color and all as my previous one which was hauled to the trash compactor earlier today. I can’t even begin to describe how incredible this blankie feels!! It’s hot as hell out and I’m still wrapped up in its cloud like silky loving embrace. I seriously don’t even remember the original ever feeling this good. By the time I traded it in for this one, the Sherpa side was more clumpy and the fleece side was not as satin-esque. Omg though this blanket feels incredible on my body!!! You really can’t go wrong. Even my cats are enjoying it and kneading on it. Unfortunately only one is with me now so they aren’t both in the photo but I will try to update that later. Anyway, Love love love and will continue to replace as needed!!

Soft, thin, but extremely warm and comfortable! Beautiful color!

This Sherpa Blanket will keep you warm, and is plush and cozy. I was very happy with the quality and wasn’t disappointed. It was everything that I expected. I will appreciate this Sherpa blanket, as the cold Winter New England weather approaches. I would definitely recommend this Sherpa blanket to anyone who is considering purchasing it.

I spent hours trying to decide on a new air bed and blanket. the big problem is that the reviews are so inconsistent and contradictory, one person will love something and another person will hate it. one person says the stitching is bad and other says it's great. how do you make sense out of that? especially when returning something is typically so difficult and costly as to be impractical. All I can tell you is that I Love Love Love Love Love this blanket!!! it's soft and huggable, it feels like velvet. the Navy color is gorgeous, a deep rich velvet blue, a little bit darker than the photo. I didn't notice any defects. it was clean and ready for use. I only wash my blankets once or twice a year (as needed) so I don't understand people who wash them weekly, that's what sheets are for. putting any blanket in a washing machine is hard on it, also some machines are worse than others and will tear them apart from the pounding, this is not the blankets fault. I just received this today so I have no idea about it's durability, but I have no reason to think that it won't hold up to normal use. I will update this review if I encounter any legitimate problems. [update: 6 months and 2 washings later it still looks and feels like new, so no problems with durability] some people have complained that this is not warm enough. but this is NOT a winter weight blanket, if you are shivering in an unheated log cabin somewhere, this won't be warm enough for you. but for use in a heated house this is all of the warmth that you need. and if for some unfathomable reason it isn't then you can just add an additional blanket, because layering is a good thing. sheesh, the things that people complain about... (update: well some people are just naturally colder than others, my mom for instance, says it's cold when I'm hot. but layering is definitely the way to go). as far as I am concerned this blanket is perfect! But do pay attention to the size! the width seems a little bit smallish, I don't know what is normal but you only get about 10 inches overlay on each side (do the math). so I ordered the next size bigger and it reaches all the way to the floor. final thought.... people normally put bedspreads over the top of their beds. the main purpose of which is to make the bed look nice. but this blanket is so beautiful there is no reason to cover it up, it looks great all by itself. Disclaimer: nobody bribed me to write this review... I paid full price and have no relationship to any of the companies. I wrote this review because I rely heavily on the reviews of others when trying to decide on a product to buy and I get very frustrated with the often low quality highly biased reviews that I have to wade through when trying to get an accurate impression of a product. if you found this review helpful I would appreciate it if you would give it a like. thanks!

*Update 2: Three years later and I own two of these fleecy versions and four of the regular. My friend mentioned in this review gifted them to six people in her family for that same Christmas. They all loved it. All of them have held their color perfectly and are as soft as always, even after three years of washing. AND - as if by a miracle of Christmas Magic - they added CHRISTMAS-Y/WINTRY PATTERNS. I have a snowflake printed, red fleece-lined one that I swear, I must've stolen from Santa's very own bed (good thing the elves can make him more, huh?). You really should buy this blanket. Or buy six. Your call. But I vote for six.* *Almost a year later, and I am a blanket evangelist. I stand by everything I've said in this original review. It washes well, holds its softness and color and is just... THE MOST AMAZING BLANKET EVER. Not only that, but they've added new colors and I may need another one, since I gave one to our dog.* This blanket. I don't have words for the love that is this blanket. I thought about writing a love poem to it, but that seemed a bit much. But it needs a warning. You will buy one. You will love it. You will discover it is the softest, warmest, coziest blanket that has ever been made. In the history of blankets, there's never been a better one. No, really. Not if cozy and soft are your goals, anyway. You will tell people about it. They will want one. It started with my navy one, in the larger size. Then I knew my best friend who has an obsession with both blankets and the color purple (because duh, purple is awesome) would want one. So I ordered her one as an early Christmas gift. She just finished telling me how she now needs at least three more for other places in the house. This was after she IM'd me with OMG I LOVE MY BLANKET. I sent my mom a large red one for her birthday. My nephew, who is six, helped her unpack it. When he took it out he gushed about how soft it was and how he loved it. He told her, Grandma I need to warm it up for you tonight. So she let him borrow it. I then ordered him a light blue one (as an early Christmas gift, to keep him warm while he waits for Santa), which is a good thing because the second night he told her, I'm just gonna borrow your blanket for one more night, okay Grandma? And how could she say no to that? So he was delighted when the next day his own blanket arrived in his very favorite color. Although he did make a point of telling me he likes green, too. So a green one would be okay. You will feel like you're sleeping in Santa's bed with this thing. It belongs in the North Pole. It makes me believe in Santa and the magic of Christmas, because really there is no other possible explanation for anything so cozy and soft and perfect. I want a red one. And a purple one. Did I mention that all of this has transpired in under a month? And I've got two more friends who want one. SEE? It should come with a warning label that says: Caution... everyone you know will want this blanket. Buy this blanket. You know you want to. You know you want to feel enveloped in its cozy embrace. Trust me. Pick a color and buy it. Buy three. You'll need at least three. Especially if there are other people or pets in your house likely to steal yours. But whatever you do, stop looking for the perfect blanket. Because here it is. Right here. Waiting for you to love it and snuggle it. How can you refuse it's fluffy softness? Do you have a cold, black heart? No? Then you have no choice. This blanket needs you. You need this blanket. It's perfect. It will be one of the best relationships of your life. WHY ARE YOU STILL READING THIS? GO BUY IT NOW.

I strongly recommend the purchase of this blanket. It’s soft, thick, durable, and maintains warmth. I was very surprised for the price. I honestly thought it would’ve been thin. It’s quite the opposite. 10/10

I bought 2. They are soft, comfortable and warm. Great for on your bed. I recommend them

My son loves it. Soft, big and warm. Better than what I expected.
