We’ve received e without a number one piece how can I get this?

I got my missing number 5 piece from eBay. Alternatively buy another set, however it seems a gamble as sets having different missing pieces.

Does this come with two 5 pieces so children can do 5+5? I know it can be made up of 4 and 1, just wondering...

No, just one 5 piece. I was so annoyed. I teach with Numicon and I couldn’t work out why they’d teach number bonds with only one 5. I cant use it with my little girl as I was so I purchased two sets.
