Bought this cod liver oil thinking it would taste like pure regret, but honestly it’s nowhere near as bad as expected — and the benefits hit fast. I like this cod liver oil. It claims to be from Iceland, and has similar amounts of EPA and DHA (omega 3 fatty acids) to the Norwegian lemon-lime flavored brand, at a much lower cost. And for that you get a slightly fishy after taste. Like all the oils, it's also likely to repeat on you every so often. While I have to admit that the more expensive oil does taste better, I don't think it's worth paying twice as much. So, for now, I'm buying this one.
