Would this work on a snuz pod?

Yes! We used it on our snuzpod by attaching it to the bed frame outside the sleeping enclosure. Although the official website says they hadn't tested it on cots and beds, it doesn't mean it won't work. The vibration is good enough to create a car-like feel.

Is it noisy? For instance would it be annoying for someone sitting at the next table in a cafe?

No not noisy at all. Only noise you hear is the actual bugging rocking which is very low.

Do you have to screw or onto the bracket or can it be used alone?

The rocket just slots into the bracket that is strapped to the pram or whatever you have it attached to. No screw necessary. Only screws there is is the ones you have to undo to get to the batteries

Can this work on a cot

I put it on our next to me. Its not strong enough on a cot though.
