Very first time with me doing a pre-workout drink. Whenever I got the fruit punch, I was experiencing a bad experience of poison ivy trying to cure this for over a month. Well, the fruit punch I had drink just minutes prior and thought oh my god what is going on with my body this poison ivy is something. Someone told me that that is what pre-workout drinks do. They given itch but fruit punch puts me on the move. I can continue to go through and clean houses with no issue. I was expecting the same experience with the Apple, but it did nothing. I called Amazon to return it because it was a no return policy and they did refund me. is Friday so there’s even a better deal there.

Docked one star due to beta alanine. There are lots of great products (like Gorilla Mind) that don’t have beta alanine, and there is no evidence it works - just the annoying itchy feeling. Aside from that, it’s a fine pre-workout that is easily better than most of the popular products I’ve tried. The green apple also tastes great
