Review: Great earplugs - If you mould them correctly the first time they are very comfortable and block out a lot of sound, i put them in boiled water for five minutes. I also used 2 mirrors like the top review mentioned to fit them accurately. Things you might need to know; 1. They should be softened in boiling water separately otherwise they can kind of melt together. Leave them in your ears for a while and push gently on them by the filter area until they cool down, this gave me a better seal. 2. The lanyard in one of the other reviews is not included and has to be purchased separately, it is called the custom decibullz lanyard and not the accoustic filter lanyard as that one won't fit these. 3. I find that unless im using the foam ear-tips they don't block much sound, but maybe i didn't get a good seal with the triple flanged options because everyone's ears are different. 4. Someone mentioned the foam tips can wear out, you can buy memory foam headphone tips as replacements as long as the insert for the tips is quite small, i bought some spare. Moulding them was easy - especially if you have ever moulded a gum shield for rugby or similar. Pop the buds into hot water, leave them for a while then work them into your ears. It is important to get a good fit with the silicone tip as well as the mold. **Q: Hi these ear plugs decibullz if you are shooting how can you heat them up or can they be inserted easily** A: Hi, these ear plug have to be dropped into hot water and left until they become malleable. Then, when it has cooled a little but is still soft, pressed into the ear to take the shape of the inner ear. A word of warning, don't let them touch anything made of plastic while soft, otherwise they will stick to it like glue. It can be remoulded as often as you need to get it comfortable. Unfortunately, no matter how many times I remoulded mine I couldn't get them to remain comfortable once cooled. **Q: Are they suitable to block out snoring, so to wear at night?** A: Hi, yes, you are able to wear the earplugs for sleeping! Would be useful if they had a way of indicating left or right ear.
