Philips LED Warm Glow E27 Edison Screw Dimmable Light Bulb, 8.5 W (60 W) - Warm White

Excellent bulbs, have tried lots of led bulbs that say they are dimmable but they have all flickered and have not realy been able to dim at all. These Philips led however dim perfectly from bright white light to a warm low glow. At last an led dimmable that actually works.

So far so good: instant on, lovely light, perfectly dimmable and NO buzzing at all from all 3 in the ceiling fitting. I’ve had them on full all afternoon to check for flashing and I’m delighted to say the light has stayed constant. I’ll update if it changes but hope not as I just ordered 3 more for the other ceiling light.

Exactly the bulbs I was looking for. They're a good fit and build quality seems good. They're brighter than the other led lights I have in the room, but they're not over powering. Plus they're dimmable so I can turn them low or high. Hopefully they will last long.

It is efficient, worth every penny and looks great. Its clever arrangement of little LEDs inside the bulb, distributes light through a piece of curvy glass, which looks like and tungsten light. It works perfectly with dimmer and even changes Kelvin (colour) to more yellowish the same as tungsten, when it is in low dim. When it comes to CRI most of cheap LED light produce a poor colour range that result is your space looks like a cheap, dull, vulgar and depressed, hospital at the end of the world. This one though, it is almost as rich as tungsten light, even with professional eyes it takes some time and attention to realize it is LED light. You could say finally LEDs evolve enough for household use, and they don't look or work PS: TO PHILIPS, Please make more of these things! and make them tiny bit cheaper, so everyone can buy them.

I purchased an Osram LED lamp a few years ago and was not impressed. I was hoping that technology had moved on since then, and I have not been disappointed. I have an angle poise style desk lamp by my bed, which has been rewired with an inline dimmer switch - the type you would usually have on a wall, but with a surface back box. This lamp works great with a suitable dimmer switch - I have a Varilight V-Pro trailing edge dimmer - and can be programmed to dim almost as low as a halogen lamp. Most importantly it does not buzz at all, which, as it's next to my bed, I would definitely hear. I would have preferred a frosted shade, but the clear one doesn't cast any weird shadows on the walls, so it's fine. The only thing it's taken me a while to get used to is the yellow light. I've been used to halogen, which is more white, whereas this lamp produces light similar in colour to a traditional incandescent bulb. An excellent product. I just hope it lasts as long as it's claimed to!

I wanted a dimmerable low energy bulb for my living room corner lamp. This isnt the cheapest bulb around but it has a quality feel and Im very pleased with the results. Most of the cheaper light bulbs cannot be dimmed and if this last me for many years, its money well spend.

When these lights came they looked the biss,I havent had my touch lamp working for some time so I was looking forward to seeing it working again..........but no the bulb didnt work at all,as luck would have it I can still use them in the house so no need to send them back,they are a nice bulb that gives of a nice glow and not to strong,doesnt hurt your eyes.Regards K. Very bright, nice mid warm light not to yellow and work well worth a standard dimmer switch even on the lowest settings no flicker at all. Perfect 👍

Das einsetzen klappt ohne Probleme und sie halten super in der Fassung. Das Licht ist schön hell und warmweiss wie angegeben. Die Lampen sind sehr gut dimmbar und haben für jede Gelegenheit die richtige Stufe. Gemütliches Fernsehen oder auch helles Licht zum arbeiten sind kein Problem. Sehr wichtig war mir auch das sie aus Plastik sind, da sie bei uns in einer Hängelampe (an der sich leider schon mal der Kopf gestoßen wird) sind und somit nicht so schnell ein Bruch entsteht. °°Verarbeitung&Material Die Verarbeitung und auch das Material machen einen guten Eindruck. >>Fazit Sehr gut dimmbare Lampen, die nicht aus Glas sind. Da ich im Außenbereich eine Steinel Lampe mit dimmbarer Grundhelligkeit (0-50%) besitze, wo die eingesetzte Lampe auch zu 100% zu sehen ist, war ich auf der Suche nach einer technisch und auch OPTISCH guten und schönen Birne! Wie in mehreren anderen Rezessionen beschrieben, ist die Lichtfarbe echt klasse! Ein schönes warmweiß. Sie lässt sich ohne jegliches Geräusch dimmen. Selbst bei nur 5 % Grundhelligkeit ist nicht ein Flackern zu sehen. Sehr sehr schön! Selbst nach jetzt einigen Nächsten bei minus Graden, verrichtet sie weiterhin problemlos ihren Dienst. Auch ausgeschaltet habe ich jedesmal Spaß wenn ich an der Lampe vorbei komme, sie sieht nämlich richtig gut aus! Wer also eine technisch gute und optisch schöne Lampe sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Diese Philips LED Lampen überzeugen durch ein angenehmes, warmweißes Licht und sind tatsächlich auch ein wenig dimmbar (wenngleich die "Dimmbandbreite" nicht mit der von konventionellen Lampen verglichen werden kann, aber immerhin kann man sie etwas dimmen). Verwendet wurde bei uns ein Busch-Jäger LED Dimmer. Ob man diese Lampen auch mit herkömmlichen Dimmern verwenden kann, kann ich leider nicht sagen. Der Preis liegt natürlich wesentlich über dem von anderen No-Name Anbietern, dafür gibt es bei dem Einsatz dieser Lampe aber auch keine Probleme. Daher von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Habe schon mehrere verschiedene LED-Birnen als Ersatz für 60 W Glühbirnen getestet. Diese übertrifft mit ihrem warmen Licht alles was ich vorher nutzte. Darüberhinaus ist sie sehr gut dimmbar ohne jegliches Pfeifen ! Mit dem Schnurdimmer "LUMEO® ECO mobil 2120x0700 mit Stellwalze" (auch super !) ist das Ergebnis geradezu Excelent ! Dass die Birne wie vorbeschrieben nach oben ein Muster erzeugt wird bei mir durch den Schirm kaschiert. Eine echte Kaufempfehlung !

Die Philips LED WarmGlow Lampe kann nicht nur "hell", die kann auch "gemütlich". Das Licht sieht wirklich schön aus und alles angeleuchtete auch. Dimmen lässt sich das Leuchtmittel sogar mit meinem alten Funkdimmer für die Steckdose und das auch sehr gut, bis hin zu einem sanften und warmen Lichtschein. Ich bin sehr begeistert.
