I have numerous full size trail cameras that I use for observing wildlife & for security monitoring. This pack of 2 mini cameras is a super great value. Their size does not compromise quality or performance and in most cases performance is better than the full size cameras that I have in use. Their electronics seems more efficient in that they get as much life out of their 4 batteries than others with 8 batteries. And not only do batteries come with the cameras but so do the memory cards(more great value). Operation is straight forward, easy and intuitive. Viewing on the camera screen is fast and convenient. Picture quality is good at medium resolution and great at maximum resolution.

It’s amazing that they designed a lcd screen in this trail cam. I can review photos and videos without removing the SIM card to view on a pc. The setup options cover a range of options, including turning off or on the built-in speaker. The strap that comes with it is long enough a pretty large tree but it will also work with a smaller tree or wooden fence post.The photos are crisp and clear and the color is real nice. The night vision works well. I get photos of deer during various times of the night. What’s also nice is where the date/time stamp is, it also has the phases of the moon which can be helpful for hunting purposes.The camera has an easy-to-open latch. When opened, you access the lcd screen and the option buttons for setup and reviewing the photos. Another thing I like about it is it has a usb-c port and comes with a cable so you can connect it to a pc.And for the price, you really can’t beat it.

I bought two of these cameras in the summer, and two more this winter. After experimenting with them in my backyard, I obtained permission from the landowner of the forest across the street, and have enjoyed capturing video and photo of its wildlife: deer, fox, coyote, bobcat, raccoon, porcupine, and black bear. The cameras are easy to set up and operate. Quality is excellent for daytime shots; at night, not surprisingly, the images are lower quality and (again not surprisingly) not in color.A few downsides: (1) the memory cards and batteries are cheap and not worth using; in my first pair of cameras, one memory card never worked properly, and the batteries failed quickly. You're better off buying your own memory cards (I recommend SanDisk 32GB) and batteries (I recommend Energizer Lithium AA, because they will last better in sub-freezing temperatures). (2) despite many exchanges with tech support, I have been unable to confirm the 'best' resolution setting for photo and video; they told me the camera will interpolate (up-res) the images if you choose a setting where the resolution is greater than the camera's natural resolution. (That may be convenient for some uses, but wastes memory and battery when out in the field.) (3) The user manual is not well written; an English native speaker should proofread and a non-expert should read it for clarity.Overall, a fun product at a reasonable price.

bought them 2 months ago and went into the hospital after setting up the cameras and 2 weeks ago I turned them on to see what was roaming around my 40 acres in no where land. One camera did not work but the other did and caught many animals that made my wife very happy with the pictures. They are clear. I know that the company will help me get the other one going as soon as I let them now that I have a problem. My fault as this is a great camera. It even caught a dove landing about 40 feet away. I will get a few more as I have lots to record here.

I am enjoying these cameras. The IR does not function when the batteries get low, but I am surprised that the batteries last as long as they do. Otherwise, the video / pictures are great. It was easy to set up and easy to view the pictures. I like the straps they include to hang them on trees.One minor design issue is that the memory card slot is very close to the edge of the plastic facing, so it is hard to grip to get on it. I solved this easily with a pair to craft pliers to remove / reinstall the card, rather than my finger tips.

I use it mainly around the house for security and seeing what animals are around. I had an issue where the camera was draining the batteries over nite and not taking any pictures when this occurred. Found the problem to be that I had accidentally slid the memory card protect switch to the lock position when reinserting the card. The only way I found it was I decided to format the card again and it displayed card locked . Now that it has happen to me the other indicator that it is locked is when you place the mode switch to take pictures and the display remains on and you do not get the 5 sec count down.

These camera are ok for what they cost. I am setting them up and playing with them in dayand night conditions . They seem to work. I also have a bushnell camera and the difference between them is pretty major as far as clarity goes. Oh and the batteries that they come with are Junk. Lasted a couple of hours and had to be replaced.A person may want to spend more money and get better quality cameras.Oh plus side is set up on them was pretty easy.
