Box Contains 1 x Rit Dye More Synthetic 7oz-Daffodil Yellow Review: Excellent results despite adapting the method - Ordered this and then realised I wouldn’t be able to follow manufacturer’s instructions because didn’t have a stovetop vessel big enough for 3+ gallons. I had nothing to lose as my jumper was already ruined with huge stain, so I improvised. Boiled 1.5 gallons of water and added whole bottle of dye (instead of half) plus wet garment to large plastic bucket. Kept boiling kettles of water to add to mixture every 5-10minutes to keep the water as hot as possible over the recommended 30 minutes. So water totalled 3 gallons in the end. Then followed instructions for rinsing and washing out. The result: a deep, chocolate brown, totally covering stain and all 3 synthetics mix in yarn.
