These feel great and seem very sturdy - my only slight gripe is that the cuffs are very tight but that's to keep out the sawdust

These are vital for those who use mini chain saws as they will protect your non-cutting hand from the saw if you hit a knot or get a kick-back. This pair is suitable for right-handed people only, and left-handers need to avoid them because both gloves are not equal! Measure your hand before ordering as the difference in finger length between sizes is about an inch!

Near misses with a mini chainsaw makes this glove type a must-have, as the alternative is really bad. I trust it will do its job if/when needed, but won't try it on my hand to find out! However, the solid protection is only for the top of the hand, but not the fingers; which are vulnerable the most. If the ultimate protection is your goal, then look for finger hard cover as well. Otherwise, the glove is very high quality, looks nice, does not impact your garden activities and does give confidence.
