Q: Is this product ok for making your own chocolate? seems lecithin is included as an ingredient in chocolate recipes.

I don’t know about chocolate but I’m use it to making my chicken tikka masala and also eat it with spicy chilli test good plus sometime I mixed with chilli powder and eat it

Q: On the old packaging, it stated that this product contained phosphatidyl acid (12g), however it doesn't state this on the new product packaging. Why?

Hi, Thank you for your question. Although we have changed the packaging we have not changed the formulation. We have simplified how nutritional information has been listed this was on the request from our customers. The Lecithin Granules are the same as before we have simply modernised our packaging and wording.

Q: Would this be suitable for blending with home-made Oat Milk, to stop it separating?

Sorry I have no idea but have you tried the Oatly barrista oat milk (it’s the One in pale grey carton) I WHIP IT UP it every day in my coffee and it NEVER separates. I don’t know anything about the chemical properties of lecithin. Sorry.
