Beta Glucans make a nice dent in my cholesterol levels. I also take plant sterols but I think these actually work better. One issue with supplements is they're always filling them with unnecessary extra vitamins which if you’re taking a multi already can lead to too much. These are great and no added extras. They’re also incredible value on amazon.
