How often do you use it and for how long

Depends what workout I'm looking to do. In one month I may go VERY high resistance with it, meaning like three sets, comprising  of relatively moderate repetitions (14) then I turn the resistance up quite a bit then go for 7 repetitions and then I turn the resistance up so I can't physically achieve more than four repetitions. That would be  one workout. And I do that twice a week for a month. But then BECAUSE I don't want just size increase, I also want endurance  the following month I do high three sets of high repetitions starting from low resistance non stop for a minute, then I turn the resistance up marginally and again do reps for a minute and finally keeping it at that same resistance I do reps as fast as I can until failure, that is my forearms won't even move. Takes longer to recover from that so I do that once a week for a month before repeating the 1st exercise for size and strength. It's a wonderful tool and I highly recommend it. It goes everywhere with me. Also, IF you hold at chest level pointing out away from yourself and twist it in that manner.....it will be exercising your pronators and supinators, muscles responsible for giving your hands the ability rotate clockwise and counter clockwise, say...undo a jar of honey ect.

Are there any plans to bring out a stronger spring? After 3 months, I can do 2 minutes+/set at maximum resistance.

Is there plenty of progression in regards to resistance. Im concerned it will be too easy in a month or two.

There is plenty of resistance. 
I use mine three times a week and I always aim for ever so slightly less than failure for two of those days and 3rd I go to failure.
I've noticed that I am working in a much higher resistance than when I first got it. Thing is as well....you can pre exhaust your forearms  by doing things like drawing large circles in the air holding a large wine bottle by the neck in each hand before moving on to the Wringer....but in truth, I believe you will have as much progress out of it as you can mix up how quickly you twist it full range movement....I can t imagine not being able to keep progressing with it at any stage...
Though a I must admit....I would like to see a "Wringer MKII" where it's lowest resistance is equal to the highest resistance of this one I already have. 
ANY WAY, I really wouldn't hesitate....it's an amazing piece of kit.

I have been using this product for 8 months now, but the second washer has worn out. Where do you get another one?
