Overall, it’s a practical, sturdy kit that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.
I’m really pleased with this Hozelock hose cart. It offers good value for money and feels much sturdier than some of the cheaper alternatives I’ve used before. The cart is well made, solid and easy to move around the garden, even with the full hose attached. The winding mechanism works well, making it quick and easy to reel the hose back in without tangles. The hose itself feels durable and has been perfect for general garden watering. Overall, it’s a practical, sturdy kit that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. If you’re looking for a reliable hose cart with a good length of hose included, I’d definitely recommend it.

Good hose and reel. Unfortunate that they put all the small attachments in the middle so you have to unroll the entire hose to find them.

Fantastic hose, value for money
Had the hose for 3-4 months now, purchased in July 2023. I'm glad I spent the extra £20 to get this fully assembled hose reel. Also glad it's light weight. When I initially took it out of the box I couldn't see the extra fittings, then realised the instructions were on the cardboard thing that you have to remove it. The instructions are via diagrams that even I could follow. You have to initially unwind the hose to get to the fittings that's inside the drum. That was a bit difficult to remove due to how it was taped in, but I managed to get it out. As per the diagram you should cut 1.5m off the hose to put it on the tap/water supply, but I had a spare bit from my old hose for this, but the instructions show you need to cut 1.5m off the hose! The extra connectors are of good quality. I like the long handle. The handle to lift is adjustable for height, and it's easy to move around. Only downside I'd say is the quality of the hose doesn't feel great, but hopefully because of winding it up in the reel it will be OK. It can sometimes get tangled up when winding it back, and sometimes is a bit difficult, but I can live with that, and get some exercise. Overall for £70 you can't complain imo

Poor quality, not as good as old Hozelock
I guess you get what you pay for, this was to replace a 20 year old Hozelock cart and hose. The cart isn’t as sturdy as the old one but the the poorest part is the hose, it’s got the be the thinnest and lightest hose I have ever had, I can’t see it lasting more than a year or two. Also it kinks worse than any hose I have ever had. So all in all it’s a Hozelock cart and 50m hose but cheap and nasty.

Poor qualitynt waste your money or time
Very disappointed with this hose cart - hose kinks very easily when either trying to roll up as a result hose pipe leak - water of the hose if not durable - don`t buy otherwise you will end up just as frustrated and annoyed as i am with this hose cart Seems Hozelock changed quality of materials compared to earlier good hoses
