Great quality stretch bands

I had the green and purple band. I used both for a combination of exercises and they are very versatile and the resistance is good. However, in the same week, they both snapped. The purple one first and the rubber had gone almost brittle in places. The green one then started showing little snags in the skin of the band and then the day later that went too. I'm just glad I wasn't whipped in the eye or anything.

Good product, does the job

Good quality and a monster of a resistance band. It will test your grip and if you use it for hip hinges or deadlifts you’ll be in a shock. It’s HEAVY. Packs down to a manageable size if you want to pack it in a bag.

Nice thick band, happy with the 3 different strengths and doesn’t take up much room.

It works fine but there is a really strong rubber smell that permeates on your hand and in your bag.

I bought this ones because I bought other ones Temu and they were really bad… this ones are great

This red resistance band is a good addition to any fitness regimen. It can be used for a variety of exercises and stretches. You probably need more resistance (green or purple) for leg work. Light enough to carry with you when traveling. Very useful when you suddenly have limited or no access to a fitness facility.
