I need to be sure about the blade lengths - NOT overall length or a length including the cranked part but flat part of blade

Thanks for your question. The length of the spatula WITH the handle are: Small = 26 cm Medium = 31 cm Large = 36 cm The length of the spatula WITHOUT the handle are: Small = 14 cm Medium = 19 cm Large = 24 cm The length of only the flat part of the blade are: Small = 10,5 cm Medium = 15,5 cm Large = 20 cm Kind regards Saskia | Globetrade24

Are they bendy palette knives or are they solid?

I would say they are semi solid if that makes any sense, not too bendy, sturdy enough for the job. You won't be lifting cakes with them but individual desserts no problem.

What’s the country of manufacture (I don’t buy Chinese products)?

I believe the product is German made. I have had this palette knife set for a few months now and find them to be useful and of high quality. I also try to avoid buying products made in China but it's not easy to find 'Country of Origin' information on Amazon. However I can recommend this product.
