Can I have this fire under my tv

I would say not, as the heat blows out the top. If you do want one though you can buy mine half price, it isn't big enough for our fireplace, it's brand new.Tel 07855505520 I can't return it because my Husband had put the box in bin.

can this fire be put under a mantle piece against a flat wall

Yes as long as there is a 6inch+ gap between the top of the fire and the mantel if you are planning to use the heat.

Flame effect not working

My advice is to phone Truflame. When installing mine last year the glass front slipped through our fingers & smashed. I rang to ask for a replacement, fully expecting to pay as it was our fault .... but no they sent another & delivered for free! They will help you i’m Sure.

is there a model where the heat comes out of the bottom of the fire?????

We have fires where the heat comes from the front.... of you want a tv etc above our fires we recommend a 8inch+ gap between the two....
