Review: Did what I needed it to - Note: Many people complaining about it not fitting, you have to remove a piece in order for it to fit in (I used the screw to just pull it out) Used two to extend a gate by 14cm, 7cm either side. 12 or 13cm would have been perfect, but not an option, it still has a tight fit and works very well. I screwed it into the wall instead of using the strips to stick it to the wall. I extended another gate by 7cm, but this was a little more difficult for me to install due to my staircase being exactly that width - meaning I had to leave out one of the (bottom) cups to screw into the wall. It is just as secure due to it barely fitting in. Good purchase.
