MSR Blizzard Stake Kit

I haven't used them on a camping trip yet but they are clearly strong, very well made and light. I think they'll be ideal to provide secure pegging at each corner pf my tent should the wind really get up.

Wow, these are awesome stakes. 25g each, but really powerful. I used them on sand in the outer hebrides and never had a problem even though it was gale force winds (as usual up there). Used a Hilleberg AKTO with these stakes on the guy outs. Never moved one bit. Super bit of kit for difficult/soft ground. They even worked well in sphagnum moss and peat.Haven't tried them in snow. Apparently you bury them under the snow, side-ways on?
