Perfect Hiking Energy Snack
These are great little snacks to keep in your backpack when out hiking. They’re lightweight, easy to carry, and perfect for a quick energy boost without taking up much space. The individual packs are really convenient, and they’re ideal for longer walks or days on the trail when you need something quick between meals. Overall, they’re a handy addition to any hiking kit, and I’d definitely buy them again.

As all Kendle Mint cake , delicious bars
Wonderfull flavour , Just as the original Kendle Mint cake , but in bar size individually wrapped , so perfect for the pocket, or bag , and you get Six in the box ! .

I’m a fan.
I do like Kendal Mint cake. Adding in the vitamins and the electrolytes for runners does the job really well for long runs. It doesn’t taste quiet the same but with the extra runners energy benifits you can’t grumble and it does still taste good for mint cake fans.

Love them
I bought these for energy on my longer runs. They are a really good energy boost but make sure you put them in a place in your running vest where there is no pressure, otherwise they crumble which makes them really hard to consume whilst on the move. Good value for money though and they taste amazing!

The same but different, but still just as nice
Smaller than I expected, but this also makes them easier to keep in a backpack hip pocket for easy access If you’ve had a Kendal Mint Cake, you’ve had this. It tastes a little like Raspberry, but not overly so. They did seem to help me keep going when wandering the Peak District for nearly twenty miles in a day. Partly due to what they’re made of, and because they are just so easy to store and access. They didn’t melt and over twenty miles, there was no degradation in quality. In terms of value for money, i’d prefer a couple of extra in the box for the price (Eight small ones are better than six medium ones, just because of storage/access etc). I got these in a sale, but i’m not sure i’d pay full price for them.

Good but messy!
I love the flavour of these and the texture and they really do help to fuel me on a run......but....they are ever so crumbly, it's hard to keep them in one piece so by the end of a long run you're eating crumbs.
