Review: Great quality and performance. Difficult to install. - It's more expensive for a good reason. The performance is definitely above the cheaper ones and even those not so cheap ones. Compared to the zephyr it replaced, the build quality, noise level is day and night. However, probably due to the build quality, this thing is heavy! And it requires more support than the zephyr. The top bolts were very tricky to install. The way it's designed leaves zero margin of error and you have to drill the holes at the exact spot to be able to bolt it on. Given the heavy weight, it's not an easy task. It took me a few tries and I had to make the holes bigger to get it done. Yes there is installation template but for any less than perfect wall surfaces, you're likely get some error. Suggest allowing some extra play for the top bolts. It would make the installation so much easier.

It's more expensive for a good reason. The performance is definitely above the cheaper ones and even those not so cheap ones. Compared to the zephyr it replaced, the build quality, noise level is day and night. However, probably due to the build quality, this thing is heavy! And it requires more support than the zephyr. The top bolts were very tricky to install. The way it's designed leaves zero margin of error and you have to drill the holes at the exact spot to be able to bolt it on. Given the heavy weight, it's not an easy task. It took me a few tries and I had to make the holes bigger to get it done. Yes there is installation template but for any less than perfect wall surfaces, you're likely get some error. Suggest allowing some extra play for the top bolts. It would make the installation so much easier.
