A must have to control water flow.
This product gives me control over my utility sink installed in my garage. I installed this due to the fact that it works with google home. During the winter time, I would have the valves to automatically shut off the water after 10 pm when the temperature would drop in the event I forgot. When I needed the valves to open, I did not have to go downstairs, get on a ladder, and open them. I would just say "Hey Google, open the hot water or Cold water? works like a charge at an abortable price. When leaving out for vacation and I forget to shut the valves of, just jump on the app, and shut them off. I ran over 30 test, and works with no issues each time.

Mostly works after modifying arm
Easy to mount, app is easy to use, motor is strong but the arm does not seem to compete a full 90° turn when turning off, even after adjusting the contact points; I had to add an extended piece of metal to get the valve to close completely. After this, it works as expected.

Phenomenal device!
This thing is awesome! Well built. Easy to install. Works great. The only warning is that you need a 90° ball valve so if you don't have one already you'll need to install one. If installing one is beyond your ability then this is not the device for you. I installed my own ball valves for about $15 each. Besides the valve, adding this controller only took about 10 minutes. I did need customer support, they were very responsive and helpful. Just a great experience all around!

Works on both gas and water lines.
I installed one valve on my gas line in the kitchen for being able to shut off the cooktop remotely. The second valve I installed on my water main in the basement right after the meter. It's been two weeks since and it works well no issues so far. Just a side note: the instruction is so small to read even with the glasses so just make sure that after you installed the valve and try to add it to your Smart Life app, you push and hold the red light button on the devise for 5-6 seconds and only after that the app will identify your new device.
