Just received this hand made Wind Chime and it is really lovely, the tinkling sound is very gentle and enjoyable, unlike the ones available in our garden centres which can be annoying. I bought it as it is made in Bali as I know they have a more delicate tuneful sound. I have put a little video below so you can hear it but it wasn’t very breezy today so I gave it a push so you get a idea of sound, I really love it - gentle lovely sound. Forgot to say the orangey colour you can see in the video on the chime is a reflection of my dress….. sorry …..the chime is all shiney silver don’t want it to put you off so thought I’d mention it, you will love it.

its chunky and be aware that it's 2ft long but the sound it makes is sweet and delicate. Ive got mine hanging within my covered patio area so that It’s protected, it also needs to be hung relatively high up because it's so big it can hit your head if you walk under it. The tubes are just aluminium, light and narrow bore. There's a thin, black, strong (I think) string attaching them to small holes in the bamboo tube. When I was being lazy and tried to hang it up without a ladder, I managed to drop it and one of the strings came loose. I fixed it with a drop of glue and laid the string in that until it hardened, then tried again. We seem to get a lot of windy weather around here so it plays often, but not so often to drive us mad. (5 yrs on and, besides needing to change the string, it’s still going strong. Very pleased).

Very pleased with my wind chimes. Such a lovley tinkling sound. Not lound enough to hear it indoors, only few feet away from bedroom, but a really pleasing sound that you can hear easily . Everytime I go by I have to run my finger along it. Appears well made and sturdy. We'll see what the strong winds do. Arrived quickly and well packed. Once I had opened outer packaging, it was wrapped in tissue paper. I was able to pick string up at top,and lift it up. No tangles or loose chimes. Everyone who visits me like it too and have to run their finger along it. Very good price compared to chimes in garden centers. Go ahead and buy one,you wont regret it.

Unlike any wind chime I've bought before (and I have quite a collection.) A silvery rippling carillon of notes, but not so loud as to annoy a neighbour if I hang the chime outside. It does need a strong breeze, otherwise it can't sing properly, and it needs room to swing about; mine ended up rather unromantically on the washing line. It loses a star as it arrived with one of the tubes loose; if I'd intended it as a present I'd have had to send it back as it was impossible to re-thread and tie the tube in place, but as it was for me I used my ingenuity (and a bit of fusewire) and all was well. Attractive appearance with shabby chic/oriental black and gold bamboo tube. Very good value.

Absolutely love this, am using for my sound baths, my partner suggested using a large firm feather to run along the tubes, so I found a long feather on the beach which I use, will do a video soon to give example of sound, I love it, such a beautiful windchime.

This is a beautiful chime and sound. Very well packaged and easy to just pop in it's place on a hook. I adore the relaxing fairytale sounds outside my front door.

I have 2 other of this exact wind chime which I have had 1@ 5 years and 1 @ 4 years. I changed the hanging cord on all of them so they would last longer and sprayed them with a clear coat so that the design would last longer. ON the first 2, this has worked a charm and while they are splitting (as bamboo will do) they are still working, just no pattern. This one, I have done exactly the same, have had it less than 6 weeks and though I gave it 4 coats of clear coat spray, the colors are already fading BADLY. Fading so badly, I was looking to replace it, only to find the return window has closed. The sound from these are marvelous, so I will do my best to salvage it with more clear coat, however, clearly, "THIS" one has a manufacturing defect to fade so quickly. :(

come detto l'oggetto corrisponde perfettamente alla foto e alle mie aspettative. Ha un suono molto delicato e con le finestre chiuse d'inverno non si sente in casa se suona quindi non disturberà il vostro sonno ... io abito piena pianura padana quindi non c'è molto vento ma anche nelle giornate di quasi assenza di vento ogni tanto i 4 tubi più lunghi suonano (che sono quelli che suonano per primi e anche con poco vento perché oscillano di più) . . . concludendo sono pienamente soddisfatto
