Holds bag ok but not easy to carry

This hoop works well and grips the bag around its periphery, although it can slip sometimes (hence only 4 stars) and I've found that turning over the top edge several times help overcome this. The handle is comfortable; enabling the hoop to be held upwards, downwards and horizontally, resting against the hip. Otherwise it can be tiring as the bag gains weight. The hoop arrived promptly and ordering was hassle free.
