Fashion Illustration: Inspiration and Technique

I love to do art and am especially interested in the way fashion is depicted in art. This book tells the story that I wanted to hear. Anna Kiper in short, succinct paragraphs tells us what is needed to create beautiful fashion illustrations, including the methodology, the materials and technical details. Her artwork in the book is just beautiful, it's easy to follow and is inspirational. Highly recommended. I'd award it 100 stars of I could.

Some people are born to each and deserve to be called masters. This is a fantastic and inspirational book on fashion illustration. In my view its like a teenager reading a forbidden Mills and Boon and cant put it down,. If you are not in the mood to practice, you can just go through the book and be inspired.

I have really enjoyed the book, it has a lot of detailed information about all the fashion illustration technique, and the illustrations are impressive.

Great book

For my arty grand daughter. She loved it. Lots of useful drawings for a young person looking for dress designing inspiration on form.

The illustrations in this book was absolutely beautiful. The colours were just perfect and it made me fall in love with this design style. It didn't really help with illustrations as some of the steps were a little confusing but maybe I'll go back through it when I have some spare time.
