Great product, perfect consistency just need to use slightly more than advised on tub to obtain a better flavour

Nice smooth almond paste
Light in colour and texture. Felt it was a bit expensive but gave a lovely taste to the sponges used in tiramisu slices. Says 150g but mine only contained 141g.
