Is this designed to wear while exercising? I'm looking for something to wear while playing football to ease occasional groin pain

Yes whilst the neoprene that this item is made of is quite thick it would not be of any hinderance during a football match. I bought this product after having strained my groin turning around too quickly in my kitchen would you believe! I was completely immobile as the pain was horrific, couldn't drive, walk or even get in and out of bed. This proved to be an absolute saviour as far as I was concerned as it supported my injured area and speeded up my recovery. Would highly recommend.

Can i wear it during work? I am a retail assist and i have to mainly stand for my job as i work on the tills and i have to move frequently?

you can wear it all day. I wore mine all the time until my leg stopped hurting
