Easy to put together. I remember reading a few reviews about it moving. I mounted mine and it doesn’t move at all. It feels very secure and doesn’t seem to have an issue with 190lbs. Size if perfect compared to some on Amazon being really wide for I guess people who have freakish wingspans. Haven’t tried to max this thing out but it seems it could handle a lot of weight. I would recommend this as long as you mount it correctly.

Honestly am surprised by the quality for the weight of the product itself and the price! Very sturdy and solid. Easy to assemble and mount, but make sure you use a leveler and another set of hands while you mark the holes might help; if you see my photo yes that’s why lol. Great for your home gym or just to have in your kitchen to improve your pull up strength in between cooking and other tasks.

Very happy with this pull-up bar. Sturdy with multiple hand positions. Easy to assemble and mount to the floor joist in our basement gym area. Has no movement or play and feels very solid when hanging/pulling. Highly recommend.

Once assembled, the bar seems very sturdy. I used the included wood screws to attach it to a joist in my garage which only took a few minutes. It feels solid and I find it easy to use.

For $40 I was pretty skeptical about whether this would be sturdy enough, but it works great. At 200 lbs I'm not heavy but I'm not a lightweight either, and this thing doesn't flex at all during pull-ups. Very good quality construction that feels solid and secure. Came very timely with good packaging and everything arrived intact. Installation was pretty easy with decent instructions, and they even included extra screws which is a nice touch. The joist mount design is rock solid once properly installed. For anyone wanting a home gym pull-up bar without spending hundreds, this delivers way more quality than the price suggests. Highly recommend.

Dopo averne visionate molte, finalmente una con i sostegni triangolari ai lati della sbarra. Montaggio semplice. Robusta, senza essere pesantissima. La uso quotidianamente per trazione passiva. Costo contenuto. Per me ottimo prodotto.
