Purchased this as I had the engine light on one morning and the fault was an injector, Mercedes A-Class w176 1.5 diesel 2014 (Renault Engine) The car was not driven daily, probably once a fortnight for a short period What more can I say....well, this stuff works!! thought I'd try a clean out rather than just replace, been driving 3 weeks and fingers are still crossed, Would I recommend this......most definitely, will use again very shortly

Bought a car and amber engine light came on with loss of power after I drove it to Pembrokeshire from Monmouthshire. This happened every now and again with light coming on intermittently but progressively got worse with more loss of power and engine light on a the time, until it was daily. Really worried I'd bought a car that's with issues and was going to cost me a small fortune. I thought I'd try this and it actually worked!! Light went off and car sorted itself out after a long drive. Also put the expensive diesel in bit haven't since. Been working fine for months now. Will definitely use before my next service annually. I have a ford transit 2021 2.0 ecoblue. I had a DPF efficiency alarm on my van (see photo from my basic OBD 2 reader). I tried a company coming and doing a DPF clean (didn’t work for long) then I changed the DPF pressure sensor (didn’t work). I was told it may be an injector fault, this made sense as it took about 50 miles to reappear after being cleared using the OBD2 reader. I put 2x extreme injector cleaner into a 70/80 litre tank with regular diesel (a single bottle is good for up to 60 litre of fuel so I made sure). I went on a 300 mile trip then reset the fault code…200 miles later the engine light has stayed off, suggesting the wynns treatment has worked. So I would say try this first if you have the same 2002 “DPF efficiency below threshold bank 1 fault” could be a cheap fix, and at worst will at least clean your system. I’m going to start regularly adding the wynns diesel system cleaner 👍

I had a recurring information message coming up on my 2014 Ford Tourneo Grand Connect saying “engine service now”. It would also put the engine into ‘limp home’ with reduced power. It was becoming so frequent that it would happen every trip. Unfortunately however, the fault didn’t leave a trouble code in the ECU so I could only guess at the cause. The idle was however, slightly rough so I guessed at a mucky injector. Put this in, filled the tank and less than half a tank later the idle is smooth and the check engine message is no longer coming up. For me this is proven to be effective.
