I have used it for sweat rash and eczema! When you look up the active ingredient (miconazole nitrate), this appears to be the cheapest of the lot so it's at least decent in that regard My last one lasted a couple of years even if I am annoyed about the price, so they're fairly durable. It is still cheaper here though than on the high street and it's one that a podiatrist recommended to me. When using it, it has a slight odour but you're not meant to be huffing it, so it you put it on your skin, it's not too bad. It performs pretty well, and with usage twice a day, it does alleviate the symptoms of athletes foot which therefore improved comfort in that skin region.
