As this lock is like a massive padlock, way more versatile than a key safe that’s screwed to the wall. Locking is via a combination lock, that you can easily set to your desired combination, and a little black lever. There’s enough room for a few spare keys inside and the shackle is big enough to fit around railings, thinner metal poles or even door levers, I guess. With a little plastic sliding shutter, the combination is shielded from the elements. The build quality is brilliant. The shackle is thick and plastic coated, so secure from both thief and the weather and body feels really solid too. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a more portable version of a key safe, than a wall mounted key safe.

Great product, fits 1 or 2 keys, pretty big which I was not expecting so might not fit everywhere. Bought so I didnt have to drill into the wall so works well that way. Would recommend

This is great. Didn’t know such a thing existed until I saw one attached to some railings the other day. I’m paranoid about forgetting my house keys and getting locked out of my home. Now I have one of these in my gas meter cupboard I feel really confident that if I lost my keys or was away and needed someone else to get in I could deal with it without any problem. Peace of mind - great!

Not suitable for outdoors. Water goes in and damages the opening mechanism

Very easy to set up. Can be wall mounted by easily removing the locking hoop. Easy to set combination. Plenty of room inside. Weatherproof and sliding panel on the front works well and looks good and solid. Already saved me the embarrassment of being locked out of my new home!

Warning: the internal space is massively reduced due to the code mechanism being mounted on the inside of the door. I can't fit my chunky cuboid VW car key in it. My fault, I should have checked, but you can fit a short door key in only. Great product...if you want to only fit one tiny key in it. Not fit for purpose in my case, so a waste of money.
