THIS ITEM IS SUPERB THIS IS THE SECOND I RECIEVED FROM THEM I WOULD LIKE TO STATE I GOT THIS ORDER MIXED UP WITH ANOTHER ORDER FROM A DIFFERENT COMPANY THIS GLASS CLEANER IS THE BEST ON THE MARKET I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW MUCH I LOVE THIS ITEM HOPE THIS CLEARS UP ANY MIX UPS REGARDS

This stuff is brilliant, thick foam that just eats into tar and soot. No more scrubbing, no more risking scratched glass, no time wasted. Yes, it is a nasty chemical. yes wear gloves. yes do not spray too close to the glass or it will run off, and risk splashing back in your eyes. Simply spray on top to bottom, in horizontal motion, slowly and carefully from about 18 inches (45cm). I used masking tape on the bottom rope seal so the run off didn't soak into it. My glass was filthy and burnt on because I used some pine that wasn't totally seasoned, and nothing would shift it. I did a quick five minute spray on both sides of my double door stove, and I would say 98% was shifted no problem. Photos show before and after, I will revisit it next time to shift the final stubborn caked on tar.

This product worked well on domestic oven glass door. This was not heavily soiled. Be careful though, it was despatched in a bubble wrap plastic bag into which the fluid had leaked. Unaware of this at first I got the liquid on my fingers and under my finger nails. Soaked thoroughly in running cold water and fortunately no lasting effect. The leaked liquid had dissolved some of the instructions.

Wow, if you have a solid fuel burner this stuff is magic, spray it on, leave a few mins and then wipe off with all the soot. Had to reapply on the first time as I had quite a build up but use regularly keeps the glass clean. it does tend to run off so I put a towel under the door when applying to catch the drips. Not a big issue but you do need to be aware of this when using so you can be prepared. Use several HG products and this lives up to the high standard I have come to expect. Has become my default brand for difficult cleaning jobs.

This must be my 4th bottle & that's because it works really good no really hard work just spay and after a little while i just wipe it clean with kitchen paper & it's looking new again. I have tried only two other types that say they will clean the glass on my log burn BUT they don't really get it clean as this product does. In my opinion it's worth every penny, it works great, saves a lot of time in cleaning and makes my glass look bran new, so that night I light the log burner it's that great feeling of just watching those flames & knowing that it only took me 5 minutes out of my day just to clean.

Brilliant product that i have bought a few times but the spray is useless. It literally goes everywhere and needs to addressed quickly. Others have complained about this. As this is yet another one that doesn't spray properly, i'll buy something different next time which is a shame. The company need to read these reviews and act appropriately.

I'd tried everything on my stove door - glass cleaner, dipping a cloth in the ashes - which just scratched the surface and looked horrible. This stuff is much much more powerful, a bit like the effect an oven cleaner has - I tend to spray a good line or two across the top of the glass and let it dribble down onto some stuffed up kitchen paper at the bottom. Then wipe over with a wet cloth. The glass is gleaming new now. It's obviously very strong, so don't get any on your skin or clothes and clean up any that hits the floor!

Hasn't not been the product I expected. It hasn't cleaned the stains from Oven hob, or what it advertises on the label stoves. Disappointed with purchase
