I really like this piece of fitness equipment as it can work so many muscles and takes up so little space. You can find different exercises for the Pilates Ring on YouTube that is worth watching. This is my second one as my daughter asked if she could ‘borrow’ mine. I am not expecting to ever get it back. Arrived next day well packaged with Prime.

Very good for leg exercises

My wife uses a similar ring in her weekly Pilates class, and this is spot on for her home sessions. The size is right for the exercises she does, and the amount of resistance feels just right. She’s enjoyed using it so much she bought another one as a gift for a friend.

Bought for the wife. She likes it and that’s all that matters.
