Yes, they certainly are expensive for what they are, but for any Harry Potter fan, that is more than acceptable. Purchased for my daughter who is an avid fan, she was delighted. They did not last long however, as she was keen to try out the rather unusual and suspect flavours but nevertheless gave her great satisfaction and a memory in doing so. Expensive, but an experience and a short thrill for a young daughter. This will be a one off purchase I hasten to add !!

Bought these s a gift for my nephew, who loves Harry Potter, the box was perfect size to post ( big enough to have a good selection of flavours but not too heavy to post!). My nephew thought is was a really fun and different gift and enjoyed sharing and laughing at the flavours with his cousins - I think there was only one or 2 that they really didn’t enjoy but most went down happily and with lots of laughter trying to guess what flavour it might be! They look just like on the film, and although a little pricey, worth it in my opinion for a special occasion/ something different!

My daughter, who calls me “muggle’ fed me some of these Bertie Bott jelly beans. If anyone offers you one - just politely say no. They look like odd-coloured jelly beans. But if you check the packaging you can see that some have an earwax or rotten egg flavour! Others have a vomit or sausage taste. Who in their right mind creates and sells such sweets to innocent children!? And how did they collect all the earwax to flavour some of these sweets. Also its a fairly small bag, and they are not cheap. I hope Bertie Bot chokes on it.

Terrible & good at the same time, great fun to try the different flavours.

Having previously bought small bags of these which have a fun mix of unusual flavours with more traditional nicer flavours this box is very disappointing. No where on the page does it show they are all unpleasant flavours - the side and inside of the box lists the sweet types which, if shown in photos would be helpful as could then have avoided buying it and having disappointed upset children. I therefore can't help feeling this is deliberately hidden and feel a bit cheated. Would definitely not buy again

Daughter thoroughly enjoyed them, although there was a large amount of ‘vomit’ beans in there!

Compré estos Jelly Belly Bertie Bott’s como regalo y la experiencia fue muy entretenida. No los veo como unos caramelos normales para comer por sabor, sino más bien como un producto de curiosidad, juego y sorpresa, especialmente para fans de Harry Potter. La gracia está justamente en que los sabores son variados y algunos pueden resultar raros o desagradables. En nuestro caso eso fue parte de la diversión: probarlos sin saber bien qué sabor iba a tocar generó risas y conversación. Por eso creo que funcionan muy bien como detalle original o como pequeño regalo temático. El paquete de 54 g me parece adecuado para probar la experiencia. No es una bolsa grande, pero para este tipo de producto la cantidad está bien. La presentación llegó en buen estado y visualmente cumple con lo esperado para un producto de Harry Potter. La relación calidad/precio me parece buena si se entiende como una experiencia. Probablemente no lo compraría nuevamente, porque con una vez basta para vivir la gracia, pero sí lo recomendaría como regalo curioso para alguien fan de Harry Potter.
